Avani Hotel Mooloolaba

AMSQ is pleased to be awarded the D&C Mechanical contract for the long awaited Avani Hotel Mooloolaba.
A brand new 13-storey, 183 room hotel in a world-class destination offering a stunning rooftop bar, pool, restaurant and a conference and wedding venue

The project consists of 2 x Air Cooled Chillers serving 221 water cooled FCUs and AHUs.

Midwater Apartments, Main Beach

This project consists of 40 levels, with 7 levels of basement. A high rise apartment tower utilising water cooled VRF connected to a condenser water loop to roof mounted cooling towers.

Pavilion Apartments

This project consists of:

144 modern apartments across three five-level buildings
Comprising 52 one-bedroom, 72 two-bedroom, and 20 three-bedroom units, all equipped with VRF air-conditioning systems.
A vast 4,200m² basement with a comprehensive carpark ventilation system.

Lumina Apartments

Applied Mechanical Services QLD is delighted to announce that we have been awarded the Design and Construct Mechanical Contract for Lumina (17 Cleveland St, Stones Corner).

The project consists of four levels of basement ventilation, ground-level retail/common spaces, and twelve levels of apartments utilizing VRF air-conditioning

Sanura Burleigh Heads

This 18-storey tower, with a three-level basement, represents another significant project for our in-house engineering and delivery teams. We're excited to partner with Frankie Constructions to bring this development to life.

AgriTech and Pharmaceutical Developments

A huge high-tech hydroponic glasshouse facility, with an adjoining ISO 8 & GMP-compliant pharmaceutical processing plant, delivered in collaboration with Austranna.

AMSQ has been awarded the Design and Construct mechanical services package for this landmark project, being delivered by Gowdie Management Group Pty Ltd.
Spanning 24 levels and comprising 101 private residences (including deluxe penthouses). Apartments range from 141sqm to a massive 743sqm, with two- to four-bedroom floorplans
